Riedell & Co. was founded in 1995 by Boyd Riedell. The firm is located at 201 Main Street in Sayville, New York. We have served our clients for over ten years throughout Long Island and NYC. Through the years the company has centered its operations and focus in essentially 3 areas: bookkeeping, taxation, & business valuation.
I. Bookkeeping: Several years ago, operating under the name B. Frederick Co., we were one of the premier companies to offer outsourced bookkeeping services to companies. Riedell and Co. has servied hundreds of clients over the years and was listed as one of Long Island's top 100 companies several years in a row.
II. Taxation: Riedell and co. prepares hundreds of tax returns every year for its personal and business clients. We attend seminars, are up to date in current tax periodicals, and we attend and give lectures. We are proud of our track record and strive to offer the best service we can. As a result of our efforts, we have a stellar record of returning clients year after year.
III. Business Valuation: We work with attorneys throughout Long island, NYC, and Connecticut to offer our expertise in business valuations and litigation supprt. We have valued many companies for a variety of purposes including matrimonials, ESOP's, and for succession of business.
Over time we have increased our services offered to clients while cutting the costs to provide them. We believe our rates are second to none and every tax return is prepared & reviewed in accordance to IRS regulations.
Our firm is staffed with CPA's, CVA's, CFE's, and CPB'S (Certified Professional Bookkeepers).
